15 solidly built residential units on building lease plots are waiting for you and your family! The complex is divided into five building blocks, each with three residential units:
Block A - Agave - house 1, 2 and 3
Block B - Beech - house 4, 5 and 6
Block C - Clematis - house 7, 8 and 9
Block D - Thistle - house 10, 11 and 12
Block E - yew - house 13, 14 and 15
Access is via a private road. The individual houses vary in their living area between 105 and 147m2. The houses located on the right are the "garden lovers", these have the largest garden shares. The middle houses - are all with basements - so ideal for the "hobbyists". The houses on the left are for those with the "green thumb" - but not too much of it, otherwise it degenerates into work.
All houses are divided into three levels: Ground floor, upper floor and attic. The attic has a flatter roof pitch in the middle section and dormers to give you more space ... a place to arrive home.
