My personal villa.

When planning these 12 single-family villas, the focus was on the lifestyle of the future residents. A certain Pannonian dolce vita, characterised by dignified comfort and a high quality of life. The basis for this is the unique architecture of the individual villas, which blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and nature, but also the high-quality fittings of the buildings. The solid wooden houses are equipped with an air-heat pump and underfloor heating - in combination with triple-glazed windows and the modern thermal insulation of the houses, one can enjoy high energy efficiency and low running costs. The implementation of a living space cooling system via the floor is also optionally possible. Particularly noteworthy is the elegant and well thought-out shading solution - the flush-mounted external roller shutters can be conveniently operated electrically and by radio. The houses can be delivered either move-in ready or as a fixer upper.

 

In harmony with life.

The central room of the ground floor is the generously open-plan kitchen-living room with dining and TV area, which is connected to the garden terrace by a large sliding door. The two-storey villas have a basement and thus offer plenty of storage space for everything that accumulates in life and needs to be stored. Especially for families with children, this extra space is invaluable. On the upper floor there are three rooms of roughly the same size - one of which gives access to the balcony of the house, which is oriented in such a way that you have a good view out into the vineyards.
